What does erotic intelligence mean to us as therapists, coaches, and relationship professionals?
How do we help our clients cultivate a feeling of vitality? How do we help them go beyond recovering from trauma to come back to life? And how can we help them achieve a deeper connection when we are struggling ourselves?
Eros, also known as eroticism, is a quality of aliveness, vibrancy and vitality that is critical to both life and the clinical relationship. It’s a sense of creativity, agency and pleasure that we often aim for in our clients but neglect within ourselves.
Esther and her guests will share a multi-faceted conceptualization of eroticism and how practitioners can apply it.
Using a multicultural and interdisciplinary lens, Esther and her guests will share a toolkit focused on eroticism to therapists and coaches that will enable you to engage with difficult topics and therapeutic choice points, taking on relational challenges around love and desire with curiosity, renewed energy and confidence.

At Sessions Live 2019 Esther Perel will bring together a diverse range of clinicians, coaches, and educators to focus on erotic intelligence, love's challenges, and love's celebrations.

About the Space
Convene on 117 46th Street in New York City is a beautiful, modern venue easily accessible by train, bus, and cab from all five boroughs and PATH connected neighborhoods in New Jersey.
At the event, your ticket will include the following amenities:
- Fully catered lunch by Convene's five-star catering service.
- An after-event reception in the Convene space from 6-7pm.
- Unlimited Coffee, Beverages and Snacks
- A Nursing Room, Quiet Work Room, and Medtation Space.
Frequently Asked Questions
The general admission ticket includes access to the event, catered breakfast and lunch, a reception after the event, access to the video archive, and event gifts.
The VIP ticket includes all of those plus an intimate reception the night before, expedited sign-in/registration, and preferred seating.
Livestream tickets include access to the livestream on the day of the event and access to the archive.
We are waiting to finalize CE details as we book our final guests and details of the program. Our partner R. Cassidy Seminars will handle the purchase and dissemination of credits. During past events we've had up to 6 credits available in a variety of disciplines.

The event will take place at Convene, an event and coworking space with locations around the country.
Saturday's event will be at 117 w. 46th Street, New York, NY 10036. The location of the Friday Night VIP reception is TBD.

A week before the event we will begin adding Livestream ticket holders to our online platform. You will receive instructions on how to access your account, and where on the platform the livestream lives, via email during that week.
